SDM Farm — Land of Growth
Greening the islands — one plant at a time
About SDM Farm
Founded in 2019 by Saddam Ali and Abdulla Ali, SDM Farm is the agricultural origin of SDM Ventures. It began in Kaashidhoo and has expanded to Kondey and Kalhahuttaa, focusing on large-scale native plant propagation, agroforestry, and organic vegetable production.
What started as a small nursery has grown into a nationwide sustainability movement — producing over one million plants, supplying agricultural produce across atolls, and inspiring reforestation programs throughout the Maldives.
